Terms and Conditions 

1. Product Delivery: Customer will provide, tax number, products and contact information. Company will make software ready POS System for use. Configuration of devices and menu will be done in English or Arabic. Product will be delivered in 2 working days. Customer will supply hardware devices.
2. Network Infrastructure: Customer will provide readily available WiFi and Ethernet 
3. For WiFi connectivity strong signals will be required.
4. Subscriptions: In this system, there is no yearly renewal required. For small level business have standard limited package with one time payment also. Free limited standard software package back office gives limited 30 days of reports visibility, but if it is required to have unlimited reports access it will cost just $7 monthly / per store or $70 yearly / per store. 
5. Standard package comes with 1 User, normally in small shops or basic level it is required 1 user, in larger scale business if required to have multiple employees accounts, it is required multiple users, that costs $25 / mo or $250 / yearly for unlimited extra users per branch. There is an advanced inventory feature which is required by large scale super markets, that costs $25 / mo or $250 yearly per branch, in standard package you have already stock management, integration API subscription cost depends on the customer requirement. Subscriptions are matter of change but Loyverse.
6. Training: Training will be provided for the selected users at the time of deployment. 
7. Warranty: 1 Year Warranty.
8. Further maintenance will be carried out based on the Annual Maintenance contract. 
9. Support online only. No refund and replacement warranty.
10. Payment: Payment will be done 50% advance, balance on delivery.
